for costs associated with the removal and cutting of grass and weeds by the Claimant on October
16, 2000 upon the property of the Owners identified above. Said costs were incurred and
charged in accordance with actual time expended for such cutting and removal.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the service rendered and price
charged therefore, said statement being a true and correct copy of the costs for cutting and
removal of grass and weeds in the amount of$8,OO, which amount is claimed as a lien against
the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923,
