NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREE1'.IENT WITNESSETH: That the said

the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or

BEING part of the premises which Edward L Stiles and Ann Stiles, husband and wife, by Deed
dated December 24, 1829, which Deed is record,ed in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County in Deed Book MN-l, Pl:ige 305, granted and conveyed to the The
Directors of the Poor and of the House of Empl6yment of Cumberland County and being part of
the premises which William Homes Estate, by Administrator, by Deed dated November 27,
1938, which Deed is recorded in the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Deed Book RR-l, page 1368, granted and conveyed to The Directors of the Poor and
the House of Employment of Cumberland County.
Less the area ofland which Cumberland County, by Deed dated August 23, 1999, which Deed is
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for The United States of America in Deed
Book Vol. 206, page 273. CONTAINING an area of55.7183 acres.
This area of land as referenced above is known as Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
of Cumberland County. '
