ETTER DISSINGER, his wife, Owners In the Court of Common Pleas Cumberland County Pennsylvania 6tr7657 Number Term, 2000 vs. ROBERT K. LONG, d/b/a LONG CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION, Contractor WHEREAS, William C. Dissinger and Mary A. Etter Dissinger, of 316 Maple Avenue, Marysville, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Robert K. Long d/b/a Long Construction & Renovation of 300 Maple Avenue, Marysville, Pennsylvania, for painting the structure situate at 28 North 32nd Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. (See attached "SCHEDULE A EXHIBIT A for complete description.) NOW, the ~~~ day of October, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said William C. Dissinger and Mary A. Etter Dissinger to the said Robert K. Long d/b/a Long Construction & Renovation to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with William C. Dissinger and Mary A. Etter Dissinger and the further consideration of one dollar ($1.00), to Robert K. Long d/b/a Long Construction & Renovation paid by William C. Dissinger and Mary A. Etter Dissinger, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
