STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this _. ,..3rJ day of April, 2003, by and between, Kcvin
Kennedy t/d/b/a Kcvin Kennedy Cabinetry and Construction., hereinafter called the
ntractor , and Kraig A. Artz and Beth A. Artz, hereinafter called thc" "
Owners .
WITNESSETH THAT: Thc Contractor, by instrument dated April ~, 2003,
entered into an Agreement with thc Owners for the finish, assembly, and installation of
kitchen cabinetry at thc Owners' home at 342 North 24th Street, Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. (A legal description of said property is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference as if fully set £orth.)
AND, WHEREAS, thc Contractor has covenanted and agreed to enter into an
additional agreement with thc Owners stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be
filed against the above premises, lot or dwelling, or the appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and in
consideration of the awarding to it of the said contract and for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00
to it in hand paid by the Owners, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, promises
agrees that neither the Contractor nor any subcontractor or person furnishing labor or
materials to the Contractor for the performance of the contract with the Owners shall file a

Mechanics' Lien against the aforesaid premises, lot or dwelling, building or the land
work and materials done or furnished for any part thereof.
This Agreement is executed by the Owners and the Contractor with the intention that
it be filed with the Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County
within ten days from the date hereof, in accordance with the authority granted by the Act of
August 24, 1963, p. L. 1175, § 405, 49 P.S. § 1402.
