Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for water and/or sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and set forth its claim
as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim if filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners, of the property against which this claim is filed is
Steven L. Monnett and Barbara A. Monnett.
3
A description of the property at 812 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, against which
this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit" A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of
May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.s. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for a benefit assessment issued pursuant to an agreement between the parties
and is issued in the amount of $6,667.00.

Interest is claimed on the above mentioned amount from October 6, 2000 at a rate of 4.7%.

WITNESSETH that in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-
FOUR THOUSAND and XX/lOO ($144,000.00) DOLLARS in hand paid, the

hereby grant and convey to the said Grantees, their heirs and
assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected situate on the northern side of the

lands now or formerly of Blessing Properties, Inc.; thence by
said lands now or fOlmerly of Blessing Properties, Inc., North 27
degrees 45 minutes West 90 feet to an iron pin; thence by other

degrees 15 minutes East 90 feet to an iron pin; thence b}' the

20th day of October, 1986, and recorded in the Office of the

W. Rankin, Grantor herein.
