Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for water and! or sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and set forth its claim
as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim if filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners, of the property against which this claim is filed is
Northgate Antique Mall, Inc.

A description of the property at 726 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, against which
this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of
May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for a benefit assessment issued pursuant to an agreement between the parties
and is issued in the amount of $6,650.00.

Interest is claimed on the above mentioned amount from September 6, 2000 at a rate of 4.7%.

FREDERICK A. KEGEL and JOAN 1. KEGEL, husband and
wife, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter called GRANTORS,
AND
NORTHGATE ANTIQUE MALL, INC. a Pennsylvania
Corporation, with offices located at 726 North Hanover Street,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called
GRANTEE,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Two Hundred and Twenty Thousand Dollars
00/100 ($220,000.00), in hand paid, lhc rcceipl whereofis hereby acknowledged, lhe said
Granlors do hereby grant and convey unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns,
TRACT NO.1 - ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situaled in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland Counly, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the northerly side of the Carlisle and Harrisburg turnpike
(U.S. Route II) and 25 feet from the center line thereof, at comer of land now or
formerly of C. A. Read; thence by the lalter North 27 degrees 28 minutes West 199.75
feet to an iron pin on the southerly side of a 20 foot alley; thence by said alley North 61
degrees 54 minutes east 105.00 feet to an iron pin. on the line of said alley; thence by land
formerly of Jane S. Papa, now Martin 1. Wise South 27 degrees 28 minutes East 199.54
feet to a spike on the northerly side of the Carlisle and Harrisburg Turnpike (U.S. Roule
II); thence by same South 61 degrees 47 minutes West 105.00 feel to a spike, the place
of BEGINNING. Containing .481 acre and being improved with a masonry garage and
showroom and brick wash bay.
TRACT NO.2 ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bound and described as follows.:
BEGINNING at a spike on the southerly right-of-way line of Hamilton Street; thence by
land formerly of James F. Papa, now of AMP, Inc., South 27 degrees 45 minutes East
218.73 feet to an iron pin on the northerly line of a 20 foot alley; thence by said alley
South 61 degrees 54 minutes West 103.99 feet to an iron pin on the line of said alley;
thence by other land of AMP., Inc. North 27 degrees 45 minutes West 59.40 feet to an
iron pin; thence by same North 62 degrees 15 minutes East 71.00 feet to an iron pin;
thence by same North 27 degrees 45 minutes West 154.00 feet to a spike on the southerly
right-of-way line of Hamilton Street; thence by same North 52 degrees 09 minutes 20
seconds East 33.52 feet to a spike, the place of BEGINNING. Containing .260 acre. r

Neff, R. S., dated February IS, 1971. -
BEING the s~me two tracts which Barnet Bank of Naples, N.A., Executor of the Estate of
Elsie F. Betts; et aI., by their deed dated December 7,1975, and recorded in the Office of
the Recorder !of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book "H", Vol. 26, Page 704,
conveyed to Daniel P. Buckley, Jr. and Mary Lou Buckley, husband and wife.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING, however, from Tract No.2, above described, a certain
parcel of land! which Daniel P. Buckley, Jr. and Mary Lou Buckley, husband and wife, by
their deed datpd June 24, 1983, and recorded in Office aforesaid in Deed Book "G", Vol.
30,.page 735,:conveyed to AMP, Incorporated.
BEING the same two tracts which Daniel P. Buckley, Jr. and MlIry Lou Buckley, by their
deed dated January 20, 1989, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumerland County in Deed Book ''T'', Vol. 33, Page 902, conveyed to Frederick A.
Kegel and Joan L. Ketgel, husband and wife, Grantors herein.
AND the Grantors covenant that they do and will specially warrant the lands and
premises, hereditaments and appurtenances hereby conveyed.
