contemporaneously with Killlian Fireplace Centre of 4303 Carlisle Pike
Camp Hill, Pa. 17011, hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY
DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as 6215 Charing Cross, Mechanlcsburg, Pa, Township of Hampden,
Cumberland County, PENNSYLVANIA described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which Brent R. George and Kelly D. George is
the title holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed Book , Page

~o\:u, October 9, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to
purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
\!r!Ji!l stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24,1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate on the west side of Charing Cross, located in the Township of
Hanlpden, COlmty of Cmnberland and State of Pennsylvania, said tract of land being shown as lot No. 146 on a
final plan of Hampden Court, Phase 3, prepared by GMZ Associates, Inc., dated July 13, 1986, Drawing No. 85-
116, recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County in plan Book 54, Page 74, said
tract ofland being more fhlly bOlmded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast comer thereof, at a point on the west right-of~way line of Charing Cross, being a
corner of Lot No. 147; thence extending along Charing Cross on a line curving to the right, having a radius of
350.00 feet, an arc length of 110.80 feet, a chord bearing of South 21 degrees 58 minutes 21 seconds East, and a
chord distance of 110.34 feet to a monument a corner of Lot No. 145; thence extending along the same, South
77 degrees 05 minutes 48 seconds West, a distance of 110.00 feet to a point a corner of remaining lands of
Hampden Court Joint Venture; thence extending along the Sanle, North 19 degrees 31 minutes 21 seconds West,
a distance of76.25 feet to a point a corner of the aforementioned Lot No. 147; thence extending along the Sanle,
North 58 degrees 57 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of 106.70 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
