CUSTODY AGREEMENT
1. MOTHER is Lisa Marie Fogleman, who currently resides at 9-C Dickinson Avenue, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. MOTHER plans to relocate to the state of California in the
immediate future.
2. FATHER Is John Wilson Brown, currently residing at 354 North Spring Street, Middletown,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
3. MOTHER and FATHER are the natural parents of one minor child, JOHN CHRISTOPHER
BROWN, age 16, whose date of birth is January 30, 1984.
4, MOTHER and FATHER believe that it would be in their son's best interest to transfer primary
physical and legal custody of their child to Plaintiffs in the above referenced action, Kim A. and Bruce J.
Szczypta.
5. Kim A. and Bruce J. Szczypta are willing to undertake the responsibility of caring for this child
on a primary basis.

6. Legal custody shall be defined as the right to make any and all major decisions on a child's
behalf, including, but not limited to, medical decisions, educational decisions, religious decisions, and
extracurricular decisions.
7. Physical custody shall be defined as the right to keep, control, guard, care for and preserve
the child.
8. All parties to this Agreement acknowledge that the minor child will reside with Kim A. and
Bruce J. Szczypta on a primary basis from the date of this Agreement forward. Kim A. and Bruce J.
Szczypta shall have primary physical and legal custody of the child.
9. All parties to this Agreement understand and acknowledge that the minor child will attend
school in the Camp Hill School District, which is the District in which Kim A. and Bruce J. Szczypta reside.
10, MOTHER and FATHER believe that the above arrangement will best promote the welfare of
their son.
11. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be made into an Order of Court.
