A Temporary Protection From Abuse Order was issued by this Court on November 2, 2000, scheduling a hearing for November 9, 2000, at 8:30 p.m. 2. The Cumberland County Shetiffs Department served Defendant with a certified copy ofthe Temporary Protection From Abuse Order and Petition for Protection From Abuse at Tom's Exxon Station, Dover, Pennsylvania, at 6:50 p.m. on November 3, 2000. 3. The parties agree, by and through their respective counsel, that the hearing be rescheduled pending further Order in this matter. 4. Defendant told Plaintiff that her new boyfriend will be lucky to live two more months. Defendant threatened that he is going to come to Plaintiffs work and that he will make her life a living hell until she realizes what she did to him by leaving him causing her to fear for her life. Defendant told Plaintiff that he has followed her and called her about things he could only know if he were following her. Defendant has further threatened that he will point a gun at the police to provoke them to shoot him. On one occasion, Defendant called Plaintiff and threatened that he had a gun beside him. 12. Prior incidents of abuse that the Defendant has committed against Plaintiff or the minor child/ren, (including any threats, injuries, or incidents of stalking) are as follows: In or about the beginning of September 2000, Defendant grabbed Plaintiff by the arms, shoved her onto the couch, screamed in her face, and shook her. In or about June 2000, Plaintiff heard Defendant scream vile names at her and threatened to kill her. Since approximately March 2000, Defendant told Plaintiff he couldn't live without her, and threatened to kill her, her boyfriend and himself. Defendant has driven by Plaintiffs work and residence on several occasions causing Plaintiff to fear for her safety. 13. The Defendant has used, or threatened to use, the following weapon(s) againstthe Plaintiff or the minor child/ren: a.
