00/100 ($225.00) Dollars, which sum represents one-half of the monthly rental amount for the
month of December.
Mr. Swartz will be leaving the property on or before December 15, 2000 and providing
notice of the same to the Plaintiffs in this matter, Therefore, my client is not in need of a
supersedeas as to the judgment for possession under District Justice Rule 1008(B).
However, in accordance with the note to Rule 1008 (B), the supersedeas would remain in
effect as to the money judgment portion of the judgment under Rule 1008 (A).
