MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR TOWNSHIP WASTE AND RECYCLABLES
COLLECTION SERVICES AND RATES
AND NOW, comes North Middleton Township, of205l Spring Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, by and through its Township Manager, Deborah A Steffee, and files the following
municipal claim against Ralph A. Bream, an adult individual, owning property located at 431
Trayer Lane, Carlisle, North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
their last known mailing address being: 431 Trayer Lane, Carlisle, Pa. 17013. Ralph A. Bream
is the owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements located thereon, being
more fully described as follows:

ALL that certain lot of ground with the improvements thereon erected situate in North
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point which id Six Hundred Ninety-four (694) feet, more or less, West
of the dividing line between land of Clyde F. Trayer and wife Forney P. George, et al; said
point also being located at the dividing line between Lot NO.7 and Lot NO.8 of the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence in a Northwardly direction, Two Hundred
(200) feet, more or less, along said dividing line to a point on other land of the said Clyde
F, Trayer and wife; thence Westwardly along the same, One Hundred (100) feet, more or
less, to a point on the line of other land of the said Trayers; thence in a Southwardly
direction along said other land of the Trayers, Two Hundred (200) feet, more or less, to a
point on other land of said Trayers; thence along same in an Easterly direction, One
Hundred (100) feet, more or less, to the place of BEGINNING, BEING improved with a
frame cottage.

BEING Lot No, 8 of the unrecorded Han of Wind Moore Heath Cottage Sites.
BEING subject to the following restrictions with which the Grantees, for themselves, their
heirs and assigns, agree to comply by the acceptance of this deed:
1. No dwelling shall be placed on any lot with less than One Hundred (100) feet frontage,
2, No dwelling shall be built on any lot with less than Seven Hundred Fifty (750) square
feet of floor space, exclusive of porches,
AND FURTHER, the Grantees herein, their heirs and assigns, are hereby granted a right
of ingress, egress and eregress to and from the said premises herein conveyed over the
land to the South of the said premises and North of the road; and
The Grantee, her heirs and assigns, are further granted the right to use the creek fronting
Lots No, 1 and 8, on the aforesaid Plan, in common with the other lot owners, and are
further granted the right of ingress, egress and regress thereto,
BEING the same premises which W. H. McCrea, Jr., and Mary H. McCrea, his wife, by
Deed dated July 11, 1966, and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office, in Deed Book "F", Volume 22, Page 885, granted and conveyed unto Ralph A
Bream, Owner.

North Middleton Township hereby files this municipal claim for municipal waste and
recyclables collection services and rates levied and assessed from August 5, 1997 through an
including September 30,2000 (third calendar quarter 1997 through and including third calendar
quarter 2000), Said Township municipal waste and recyclables collection services and rates were
levied and assessed pursuant to Township Ordinance No. 97-6, same being known and cited as
the "North Middleton Township Solid Waste and Recycling Ordinance of 1997", as amended by
Township Ordinance No, 99-5, Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements
forwarded by North Middleton Township to Ralph A. Bream for municipal waste and recyclable
collection services from August 5, 1997 through and including September 30,2000 (Third
calendar quarter 1997 through and including third calendar quarter 2000, which services total in
the amount of$ 455.80, which sum was duly assessed against Ralph A. Bream and the real

property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, ad for which
sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties as provided in the
within referred to Township ordinances and all costs, including attorney's fees, a municipal claim
is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of
May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 97, as amended, 53 P,S. 97101, et seq. As amended (Municipal Claims
and Tax Liens),
