MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR TOWNSHIP WASTE AND RECYCLABLES
COLLECTION SERVICES AND RATES
AND NOW, comes North Middleton Township, of2051 Spring Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, by and through its Township Manager, Deborah A. Steffee, and files the following
municipal claim against CarlL. Warrick, II, an adult individual, owning property located at
1391 Waggoners Gap Road, Carlisle, North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, their last known mailing address being: 1391 Waggoners Gap Road, Carlisle,
Pa.17013. CarlL. Warrick, II is the owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any
improvements located thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL that certain lot ofland in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike in the center of Pennsylvania Highway Route 74 at corner ofland
now or formerly of Harold E. Wert;
Thence North 71 degrees 26 minutes East along Wert land 155.87 feet to an iron pipe;
Thence South 31 degrees 08 minutes East along land of said Wert 203.50 feet to an iron
pipe at a fence;
Thence South 87 degrees 04 minutes West along land now or formerly of Nelson P.
Shughart 142.16 feet to a spike in the center line of Pennsylvania Highway No, 74;
Thence North 40 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West in the center line of said highway
172.34 feet to a spike, the Place of BEGINNING.
The above courses and distances are in accordance with survey of the land conveyed
herein by Thomas Neff, registered surveyor, July 16, 1979,

and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book "Z",
Volume 34, Page 603, granted and conveyed unto Carl L. Warrick, II, Owner.

North Middleton Township hereby files this municipal claim for municipal waste and
recyclables collection services and rates levied and assessed from August 5, 1997 through an
including September 30,2000 (third calendar quarter 1997 through and including third calendar
quarter 2000), Said Township municipal waste and recyclables collection services and rates were
levied and assessed pursuant to Township Ordinance No, 97-6, same being known and cited as
the "North Middleton Township Solid Waste and Recycling Ordinance of 1997", as amended by
Township Ordinance No. 99-5. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements
forwarded by North Middleton Township to Carl L. Warrick, II for municipal waste and
recyclable collection services from August 5, 1997 through and including September 30, 2000
(Third calendar quarter 1997 through and including third calendar quarter 2000, which services
total in the amount of$ 455,80, which sum was duly assessed against Carl L. Warrick, II and
the real property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, ad
for which sum, with interest in the amount often (10%) percent, along with penalties as provided
in the within referred to Township ordinances and all costs, including attorney's fees, a municipal
claim is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with the
Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 97, as amended, 53 P.S, 97101, et seq, As amended (Municipal
Claims and Tax Liens),
