MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR TOWNSHIP WASTE AND RECYCLABLES
COLLECTION SERVICES AND RATES
AND NOW, comes North Middleton Township, of 2051 Spring Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, by and through its Township Manager, Deborah A. Steffee, and files the following
municipal claim against David E. Stough and Georgetta L. Stough, husband and wife, as adult
individuals, owning property located at 40 Watts Lane, Carlisle, North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, their last known mailing address being: 40 Watts Lane,
Carlisle, Pa. 17013. David E. Stough and Georgetta L. Stough, husband and wife, are the
owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements located thereon, being more
fully described as follows:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a Plan prepared by Eugene
Albert Hockensmith, P. L. S., dated January 26, 1988 and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 55, Page 28.
BEGINNING at an iron pin set in cartway of L. R. 21033, McClures Gap Road, at corner
of Lot No. 4 as shown on plan; thence along the cartway of L. R. 21033, South 59
degrees 30 minutes East 256.70 feet to an iron pin set; thence still along said road, South
77 degrees 30 minutes East 343.11 feet to a point in low water mark of Conodoguinet
Creek; thence along the Conodoguinet Creek, the following courses and distances: (1)
South 19 degrees 27 minutes 57 seconds West 79.98 feet; (2) South 0 degrees 49 minutes
06 seconds East 735.56 feet; (3) South 3 degrees 53 minutes 03 seconds West 577.01
feet; (4) South 26 degrees 50 minutes 51 seconds West 85.39 feet; (5) South 10 degrees
50 minutes 02 seconds West 230.71 feet to a point in low water mark; thence through a
concrete monument set and along lands of David O. Lillich, Jr., North 27 minutes 54
seconds West 1, 652.67 feet to an existing vertical limestone; thence along lands of David
0. Lillich, Jr., North 05 degrees 53 minutes 07 seconds West 411.35 feet to an iron pin
set; thence along Lot No.2 on plan, North 62 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds East
1,143.51 feet to an iron pin set; thence still along Lot No. 2, north 8 degrees 42 minutes
15 seconds East 82.71 feet to an iron pin; thence along a curve in cul-de-sac to the right
having a radius of 50.00 feet and an arc distance of 141.12 feet to a point; thence by a
curve to the left having a radius of 25 feet and an arc distance of 30.43 feet to a point;
thence by a curve to the right and a 50 foot private right-of-way having a radius of
2,330.00 feet and an arc length of 183.12 feet to a point; thence still along 50 foot private
right-of-way, North 14 degrees 54 minutes 36 seconds East 177.38 feet to a point; thence
along a curve to the right having a radius of 550.00 feet and an arc distance of 177.11
feet; thence still along a 50 foot private right-of-way, North 33 degrees 21 minutes 36
seconds East 109.43 feet to a point in cartway of L. R. 21033, McClures Gap Road, the
place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 46.3204 acres and being designed as Lot No. 1 on plan for Westminster
Heights.
SUBJECT to a fifty (50) foot private right-of-way for the purpose of ingress, egress and
regress for Lots 1, 2, and 3
BEING the same premises which Hooke & Lebo, a Partnership, by Deed dated May 19,
1988, and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book
"I", Volume 33, Page 829, granted and conveyed unto David E. Stough and Georgetta L.
Stough, his wife, Owners.

North Middleton Township hereby files this municipal claim for municipal waste and
recyclables collection services and rates levied and assessed from August 5, 1997 through an
including September 30, 2000 (third calendar quarter 1997 through and including third calendar
quarter 2000). Said Township municipal waste and recyclables collection services and rates were
levied and assessed pursuant to Township Ordinance No. 97-6, same being known and cited as
the "North Middleton Township Solid Waste and Recycling Ordinance of 1997", as amended by
Township Ordinance No. 99-5. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements
forwarded by North Middleton Township to David E. Stough and Georgetta L. Stough,
husband and wife, for municipal waste and recyclable collection services from August 5, 1997
through and including September 30, 2000 (Third calendar quarter 1997 through and including
third calendar quarter 2000, which services total in the amount of $ 364.99, which sum was duly
assessed against David E. Stough & Georgetta L. Stough, husband and wife, and the real
property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, ad for which
sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties as provided in the
within referred to Township ordinances and all costs, including attorney's fees, a municipal claim
is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of
May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq. As amended (Municipal Claims
and Tax Liens).
