STINE, JR., Owner MUNICIPAL CLAIM MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR TOWNSHIP WASTE AND RECYCLABLES COLLECTION SERVICES AND RATES AND NOW, comes North Middleton Township, of 2051 Spring Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, by and through its Township Manager, Deborah A. Steffee, and files the following municipal claim against Robert C. Stine, Jr, an adult individual, owning property located at 470 Cornman Road, Carlisle, North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, their last known mailing address being: 470 Cornman Road, Carlisle, Pa. 17013. Robert C. Stine, Jr. is the owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements located thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon erected situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a survey dated January 2, 1982 and recorded in Plan Book 41, Page 118, as follows: BEGINNING at a spike in the center of a land (used jointly by Frank Hoy, et ux and Jerry Horn) and at comer of lot belonging to Melvin D. Mixell; thence by the center of said lane and land of Jerry Horn, South 28 degrees East, 2,718.4 feet to a stone; thence by land of John Bolen Estate, South 40 degrees West, 966.9 feet to a stone; thence by land of George Yarlett, North 31 degrees West, 561 feet to a pine; thence by the same, South 42 degrees 30 minutes West, 531.3 feet to a stone; thence by the same, North 50 degrees West, 660 feet to a white oak; thence by land of William Cornman, North 30 degrees West, 1,211.1 feet to a stone; thence by land of Clarence Brenneman, North 61 degrees East, 376-2 feet to a stone; thence by the same North 23 degrees 30 minutes West, 976.8 feet to a stone; thence North 24 degrees West, 19.8 feet to a stone; thence North 23 degrees West, 16.5 feet to a stone in the road (Township Road No. 498); thence by said road and land now of formerly of Harry Hollenbaugh, North 60 degrees East, 928.7 feet to a spike in the center of Township Road No. 498 at comer of lot belonging to Melvin D. Mixell; thence by land of Melvin Mixell, South 2 6 degrees 22 minutes East, 150.83 feet to an iron pin; thence by the same, North 60 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds East, 301.97 feet to a spike, the Place BEGINNING. CONTAINING 100.973 acres. HAVING thereon erected a 21/2 story frame dwelling house, frame bank barn, and other outbuilding, being known and numbered as 470 Comman Road, Carlisle, Pa 17013. BEING the same premises which Robert C. Stine, Jr. and Judy L. Stine by deed dated February 28, 1992 and recorded on the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in DB "N"V35, P942 granted and conveyed unto Robert S. Stine, Jr., Owner. Tax Property Map Parcel Number: 29-05-0427-075 North Middleton Township hereby files this municipal claim for municipal waste and recyclables collection services and rates levied and assessed from August 5, 1997 through an including September 30, 2000 (third calendar quarter 1997 through and including third calendar quarter 2000). Said Township municipal waste and recyclables collection services and rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Township Ordinance No. 97-6, same being known and cited as the "North Middleton Township Solid Waste and Recycling Ordinance of 1997", as amended by Township Ordinance No. 99-5. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by North Middleton Township to Robert C. Stine, Jr. for municipal waste and recyclable collection services from August 5, 1997 through and including September 30, 2000 (Third calendar quarter 1997 through and including third calendar quarter 2000, which services total in the amount of $ 446.9 1, which sum was duly assessed against Robert C. Stine, Jr. and the real property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, ad for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties as provided in the within referred to Township ordinances and all costs, including attorney's fees, a municipal claim is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq.
