DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

On the ~j~ day of June, 1999, the below-signed individual
executed an Installment Note to LOURENA M. STEELE, which
contained a confession of judgment clause. The below-signed
individual, being a competent adult and being fully aware of
the legal consequences of this statement and of her acts,
understand the following:
1. The said confession of judgment clause gives Lourena
M. Steele, the right to file and enter judgment against her
without any prior notice to the below-signed individual or any
right of hearing for the below-signed individual.
2. That such a judgment entered will create a lien on all
real estate owned by the said below-signed individual.
3. That the below-signed individual will be compelled to
hire an attorney and file a Motion to Open said judgment in
order to obtain a hearing or enter any defense'to the note and
the judgment confessed thereon.
4. That unless she does so, the possessions of the below-
signed individual will become liable for sale to pay and satisfy
the judgment so entered.
5. That she is a competent adult individual.
