ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument which is 217.59 feet from the
Northwest corner of the land of Pennsylvania District of Kiwanis
International, which corner is in the right of way of Old Slate
Hill Road at the corner of lands now or formerly of Mutual Life
Insurance Company of New York, and which monument is on the
boundary line common to land of Kiwanis International, aforesaid,
and land now or formerly of Mutual Life Insurance Company of New
York; thence along land now or formerly of Mutual Life Insurance
Company of New York, North 55 degrees 20 minutes East, a
distance of 82.41 feet to a point; thence along land now or
formerly of Kenneth Hart, South 42 degrees 20 minutes East, a
distance of 190 feet to a point; thence along land now or
formerly of Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company, South 55
degrees 20 minutes West, a distance of 300 feet to a point on Old
