1. Plaintiff is Belco Federal Credit Union, hereinafter referred
to as "BELCO", a Pennsylvania Corporation with an office at
403 N. 2nd Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania

3. Kathleen I. Smith, a Defendant, is an adult individual with
an address at 4 Wesley Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17013.
4. Defendants applied for a loan from Plaintiffpursant to the
LoanLiner Application dated April S, 19S5, which is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit A and made part hereof.
5. On October 21, 1996, Defendants renewed their LoanLiner
Agreement and borrowed $7000.00.
6. Defendant's delinquent balance on the account is $775S.43.
7. Because of Defendant's failure to make monthly payments and
in accordance with the standard Security Agreement, a copy
which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made part
hereof, Defendant owes an attorney commission of $1163.77 for
a total of $S,922.20. .
S. Defendants have failed and refused to bring their account
current.
9. Defendants are not members of the Armed Forces of the United
States of America, nor engaged in any way which would bring
them within the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act of 1940, as
amended.
