Smtih, a Defendant, address at 4 Wesley Drive, Pennsylvania 17013. is an adult individual with an Carlisle, Cumberland County, 3. Kathleen I. Smith, a Defendant, is an adult individual with an address at 4 Wesley Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. 4. Defendants applied for a loan from Plaintiffpursant to the LoanLiner Application dated April S, 19S5, which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and made part hereof. 5. On October 21, 1996, Defendants renewed their LoanLiner Agreement and borrowed $7000.00. 6. Defendant's delinquent balance on the account is $775S.43. 7. Because of Defendant's failure to make monthly payments and in accordance with the standard Security Agreement, a copy which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made part hereof, Defendant owes an attorney commission of $1163.77 for a total of $S,922.20. .
