WHEREAS, the owners, Ronald D. Magaro and Andrea S. Magaro, husband
and wife, are about to contemporaneously herewith execute a contract with RONALD
D. MAGARO, as contractor, for the construction of a log cabin dwelling to be erected on
land located in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County Pennsylvania as more
fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
Now, on this May of _October, 2000 at the time immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the
said owners to the said contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase
material for the same, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to contractor paid to
owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or the land by the
contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for
th erection f said building, the'right to file such liens being expressly waived,
WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

minutes 37 seconds East, 95.37 feet to a point; thence south 5 degrees 27 minutes 23 seconds West, 110 feet to
a point; thenc esouth 51 degrees 41 minutes 51 seconds West, 226.48 feet to a point; thence south 81 degrees
54 minutes 6 seconds East, 160 feet to a point: thence North 55 degrees 18 minutes 54 seconds East 45 feet to a
