STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this 1-1 day of )./OV/tMfiR.. 2000, by
between KEO HOMES, INC., hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
and
AND
FREDERICK I. MADEIRA AND CAROLYN G. MADEIRA, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot
of ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as 583
Miller Boulevard, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for ij:.self, himself or themselves and i ts~ hi,\
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under.
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL that certain tract ofIand situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being identified as Lot No.8 as shown on a plan of lots known as
"Final Subdivision Plan for Breeches Bend" Prepared by Hoover Engineering
Services, Inc. dated September 23, 1997, approved February 26,1998 and recorded
in March ii, 1998 in the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 76 on page 60, and being more fully described
as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in Miller Boulevard (a sixty foot ultimate right of way)(T-
621), at a common property corner of Lot No.7 and Lot No.8 as shown on the
above referenced Final Subdivision Plan of Breeches Bend; thence from said point
of beginning along said Lot No.7 South 74 degrees 40 minutes 59 seconds East, a
distance of four hundred twenty-seven and seventy-eight hundredths (427.78) feet to
a point; thence continuing along said Lot No.7 and Lot No.6 North 14 degrees 59
minutes 52 seconds East, a distance of four hundred two and one hundredths
(402.01) feet to a point at Lot No.4; thence along said Lot No.4, Lot No.3, Lot No.

Krulac, husband and wife, to Frederick L. Madeira and Carolyn G. Madeira,
