WHEREAS, Charter Hares Building Corrpany, a Pennsylvania coxporation of
Lancaster COlmty, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Horres
Building Ccrnpany, Contractor, to provide rraterials and perfom labor necessary
for the construction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of grOlmd
l=ated Logans Run, Lot No. 61, Logan's Run, Phase III, East PennsJ:oro Twp.,
'CUmberland COlll1.ty, PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or rraterial
rren, nor any other person furnishing labor or rraterials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, corrrronly called a rrechanic's lien, for
work done or rraterials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is rrade and intended to be filed with the ColJIlty Prothonotary
in accordance with the requirerrents of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the Ccmronwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and
