THIS AGREEMENT made this} Qt1<-day of " 2000, by and
between Yanek Custom Homesr-:rnc, of 32 C ndlelight Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
referred to as Contractor,
AND
I-Ming wang and Sharon Anthony Wang, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot #9 Greenfield
Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

On this, the 15th day of November, 2000, before me a Notary
Public, the undersigned officer, personally appeared Steve J.
Yanek who acknowledged himself to be the President of Yanek Custom
Homes, Inc and that he as such President being authorized to do
so, executed the foregoing instrument for the purposes therein
contained by signing the name of the said Corporation by himself
as such President.

BEGINNING at a point on the Southern dedicated right of way line of Greenfield Drive,
said point being at a common corner of Lot No.9 and Lot No. 10 of the Final Subdivision
Plan for Greenfield, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; thence from
said point of beginning along Lot No. 10, South 05 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of 420.24 feet to a point at lands now or late ofDorn Collanbine; thence along
said lands now or late ofDorn Collanbine, lands nor or late of Ronald Enck and a portion
of lands now or late of Gary Davison, South 85 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a
distance of203.47 feet to a point at Lot No.8; thence along said Lot No.8 North 04
degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 420.26 feet to a point on the Southern
dedicated right of way line of Greenfield Drive; thence along said Southern dedicated
right of way line of Greenfield Drive North 85 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of 199.25 feet to a point, said point being the point of BEGINNING.
SAID lot being Lot No.9 of the Final Subdivision Plan for Greenfield dated and recorded
in Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in Plan Book 77, Page 136.
