On October 11, 2000 Judgement was entered for Blazer Consumer Discount Company and
against Bonnie K. Moore. There was no appeal filed in the Lebanon County Prothonotary's
Office and there is no appeal pending. The judgement states the defendant has 30 days to appeal
the judgement. District Justice Lee R. Lehman certified the judgement on November 15, 2000
stating the 30 day right to appeal had expired and Blazer Consumer Discount Company had won.
