ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract ofIand situated in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylyania, being Lot No. 99, as shown on the Plan entitled Final Subdivision Plan
for Westwood Hills, Phase I, recorded July 6, 1998, in Cumberland County Plan Book 77, Page
22.
Now, .No~ ;;lIf I 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution ofthe principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners
to the said Contractor to commence work on
the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Home Designs Unlimited and the further consideration of One
Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner
It is agreed that no lien shaH be filed against the building by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waiyed.
Witness our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
