Woods and Barbara A Woods, Owners, of 661 Shannon Road, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Classic Communities Corporation, Contractor, of 103 Fannstead Circle, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and perfonn labor necessary for the construction of a residence, upon the following tract of land located in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more specifically described as follows, to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way of Crofton Court at the common front property corner of Lot No. 312 and Lot No. 313 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along said right-of-way North 36 degrees 47 minutes 22 seconds East, a distance of 101.00 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 313 and Lot No. 314; thence along said dividing line South 53 degrees 12 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 135.03 feet to a point; thence South 40 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 101.19 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 312 and Lot No. 313; thence along said dividing line North 53 degrees 12 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 128.84 feet to a point, said point being the Place of BEGINNING. THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED TRACT BEING KNOWN AS Lot No. 313 of the Final Subdivision Plan of Hampden Hearth - Phase IV-B recorded in the Cumberland County Courthouse in Plan Book 79, Page 107. The above described tract containing 13.325.49 square feet, more or less. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED TRACT BEING SUBJECT TO various easements of record as indicated on the above-referenced Subdivision Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien for work done or matelials furnished to the said building or any part thereof This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided. --" .---"0: ~__,;i' '];""--~.~-';i,,>,{ ;.;~ ,'n ,I.'~ "_J,,,_ -"",,,,'o" , 1L..!lll-t , IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals this ./9'f4 day of jl)dW!t'lbt>r ,2000.
