concerning the child pending in a court of this Commonwealth.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the
proceedings who has physical custody of the child or claims to have
custody or visitation rights with respect to the said child.
7. The best interests and permanent welfare of the subject
child will be served by granting Plaintiff primary physical custody
of him because she is better able than Defendant to nurture and care
for him and because also, unlike Defendant, she is able to not let
the differences between her and Defendant effect the manner in which

8. Each parent whose parental rights to the child has not
been terminated and the persons who have physical custody of the
child has been named as parties to this action.

INTERIM ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~ day of February, 2001, upon consideration of the attached
Custody Conciliation Summary Report, it is hereby ordered and directed as follows:
1. Legal Cl!lstody. The parties, Lisa A. Gleich Schlager and Stephen J. Schlager, shall
have shared legal ~wstody of the minor Child, Alexander Paul Schlager, born October 1, 1998.
Each parent shall have an equal right, to be exercised jointly with the other parent, to make all
major non-emergel1cy decisions affecting the Child's general well-being including, but not

limited to, all decisipns regarding his health, education and religion. Pursuant to the terms of
Pa. C. s. 9 5309, eqch parent shall be entitled to all records and information pertaining to the
Child including, but not limited to, medical, dental, religious or school records, the residence
address of the Child and of the other parent. To the extent one parent has possession of any
such records or information, that parent shall be required to share the same, or copies thereof,
with the other parent within such reasonable time as to make the records and information of
reasonable use to the other parent.
2. Physical Custody. Physical custody for the interim shall be arranged as follows:
A. Mother shall have custody on Mondays until Tuesday morning,
Additionally, Mother shall have custody Tuesday through Friday mornings
from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., when she goes to work. Mother shall
have custody on Tuesdays through Fridays from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p,m.
Mother shall have custody from 10:00 a.m. each Saturday until 1 :30 p.m,
each Sunday.
B. Father shall have custody from Tuesday through Thursday evenings from
6:00 p.m. overnight until the following morning at 8:00 a,m.; Fridays at
6:00 p.m. until Saturdays at 10:00 a.m.; Sundays at 1 :30 p.m, until
Mondays at 8:00 a.m.
C. In the event that Father is out of town and therefore unable to exercise his
periodS of partial custody, Mother shall have physical custody during that
time.

3. The parties shall participate in co-parenting counseling for a minimum of eight
sessions with Jeff Verrecchio. The portion of counseling which is un-reimbursed by health
insurance shall be shared equally by the parties. The parties shall proceed apace to schedule
these counseling sessions.
4, In the event that the parties are not able to reach an agreement regarding a custody
schedule for the minor Child, counsel for either party may request an additional Custody
Conciliation Conference within sixty days of the date of this Order.
