WHEREAS, Ron S. Chima and Rina S. Chima, husband and wife, Owners, of 301 Chestnut Street,
Apartment 2114, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17101, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a
contract, with Haubert Homes, Inc., Contractor, of 15 Central Boulevard, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
17011, for the erection of a two story residential dwelling upon a lot of land situate in Lower Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded and described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and made part hereof.

, 2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of one dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any
of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor
or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Lowell Lane, a fifty foot (50') wide
right of way, being the southeastem comer of Lot No. 101, thence along said right-of-way, South twenty-
nine degrees forty-six minutes three seconds West, a distance of seventy-three and fifty hundredths feet (S
29 46' 03" W, 73.50') to a point on the same, being the northeastern comer of Lot No. 99; thence along Lot
No. 99, North sixty degrees thirteen minutes fifty-seven seconds West, a distance of one hundred twenty-
three and fifty-one hundredths feet (N 60 13' 57" W, 123.51 ') to a point on line of lands now or formerly of
United States of America; thence along said lands, North twenty-nine degrees forty-six minutes three
seconds East, a distance of seventy-three and fifty hundredths feet (N 29 46' 03" E, 73.50') to a point on the
southwestern comer of Lot No. 101; thence along Lot No. 101, South sixty degrees thirteen minutes fifty-
seven seconds East, a distance of one hundred twenty-three and fifty-one hundredths (S 60 13' 57" E,
123.51') to a point on the westem right-of-way line of Lowell Lane, being the point and place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 100 on the Revised Final Subdivision Plan of the Heights of Beacon Hill, Phase 1/,
prepared by Melham Associates, P. C., dated June 29, 2001, last revised September 10, 2001, and recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 84, page
38; also being known as Unit No. 100 as shown on the Declaration Plat recorded in Right-of-Way Plan
Book 12, page 180.
