Stipulation Against Liens
THIS AGREEMENT made the

HAUBERT HOMES, INC., a corporation, having its office
at 15 Central Boulevard, Camp Hill, PA 17011,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
BRADLEY K. HOKE and MICHELE DELLINGER,
, hereinafter referred to as
Own-er, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a s::j.ngle-family dwelling house
on that certain lot of ground situate in
the Township of Silver Spring, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more fully
described in Deed from Bradley K. Hoke, individually, to himself and Michele
Dellinger, the Owners herein, dated December 13, 2000, and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
immediately prior to the filing of this Stipulation, which description is in-
corporated herein by reference thereto; said premises sometimes known as 112
Woods Drive.

NOW THEREFORlj:, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of($1.oo) Dollar to it in hand paid brOwner, the rece'ptwh~..reof is hereby
acknowledged, and the farther consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for tf}emselves dna th~ir
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechalJic 's-l(ens or c!p.irns
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground aJijJiirtena~t
thereto for or on account of any work done or materia13 furnished by them or any of them under'iafd 'c-O,JJ,tract oi'
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above ,descrili"ed,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the rtiht to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
