A Protection from Abuse Order was issued by the Court. A true and correct copy of the Order is attached. 2. The defendant's violation ofthis Order is averred in the attached criminal complaint. 3. The victirn requests the filing of an Indirect Criminal Contempt Charge. 4. The District Attorney's Office approves the filing of this criminal complaint. 5.
