STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Debora 1. Levin, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract with McNaughton Homes, a division of The
McNaughton Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for the
erection of improvements upon a parcel ofland situate as follows:
Good Hope Farms South - Lot No. 116 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of
Good Hope Farms South - Phase IV, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 79, Page 90.
NOW, December 8, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Debora 1. Levin, Legal
Owner, to the said McNaughton Homes, a division of The McNaughton Company, to commence
work on the said parcel of land, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with McNaughton Homes, a division of The McNaughton Company,
and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) to McNaughton Homes, a division of The
McNaughton Company paid by Debora 1. Levin, Legal Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the land or any buildings constructed thereon by the Contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the construction of said
improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
