PLAINTIFF'S OBJECTIONS TO PROPERTY CLAIM
AND NOW comes Plaintiff, Bradley L. Griffie, Esquire, on behalf of Griffie and
Associates, and files the following objections:
1. Plaintiff is Bradley L. Griffie, Esquire, and the law firm of Griffie and Associates of
200 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant in the above captioned action is Nora Moreno, an adult individual
currently residing at 15 Cold Springs Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
3. The Claimant in the above captioned matter is Chad D. Leforte an adult individual
believed to be residing at 15 Cold Springs Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
4. A Praecipe for Writ of Execution was filed in the above captioned matter on April 2,
2002.
5. Personal property located at the residence of 15 Cold Springs Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County Pennsylvania, was levied upon by the Cumberland County
Sheriff s Department.

6. Upon levying of the personal property at the residence of 15 Cold Springs Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, a property claim was filed by Chad D.
Leforte, claiming, essentially, all of the property listed for execution was owned by
him and is his sole property (see Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein).
7. Plaintiff believes and therefore avers that the Claim filed by Chad D. Leforte is
inaccurate and incorrect and that much, if not all, of the property listed for execution
is, in fact, property of the Defendant, Nora Moreno, or joint property of Nora Moreno
and Chad D. Leforte as tenants in common.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests your Honorable Court to schedule a hearing at which
time Plaintiff request the Court to determine the ownership of the property set forth in the
property claim of Chad D. Leforte.
