1. The Plaintiff is PNC Bank, National Association, organized under the laws of
the United States of America with its registered office at Western Loan Center, 2730 Liberty
Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
2. Christine L. Blass is an individual residing at 3885 North 6th Street, Harrisburg,
PA 17110.
3, Bobbi J. Erler is an indiyidual residing at 20 Rays Driye, Newville, PA 17241.
4. The transactions and occurrences out of which this cause of action arose took
place in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
5, On or about August 23, 1991, Christine L. Blass and Bobbi J, Erler entered into
a Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Installment Sale Contract with Sigmans Mobile Home Sales for

a 1992 Skyline 72' x 14' mobile home Model "Westridge," Serial Number 2FlO-0279E. A
true and correct copy of the installment sale contract is attached as Exhibit "B."
6, The contract was assigned to Plaintiff, First Eastern Bank, N.A., by the terms
and conditions of the assignment contained in the contract which Defendants acknowledged by
making monthly payments directly to Plaintiff.
7, By the terms of the contract, Plaintiff maintained a security interest in the
subject automobile,
8, Plaintiff's security interest is evidenced by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Certificate of Title for the automobile, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit" A. "
9, Defendants haye defaulted under the terms of the contract by failing to make
monthly payments when due as follows; Defendants have failed to pay the May 22, 2000,
payment of $219,17, and all subsequent payments for a total delinquency of $ 1,753.36, and a
payoff of $13,657,79 as of November 9,2000.
10, The mobile home is believed to be located at 20 Rays Drive, Newville, PA
17241, and has an approximate fair market value in excess of $ 8,670.00,
11. Plaintiff believes and therefore ayers, that Defendant, Bobbi J. Erler, has
possession of the subject mobile home,
12. Plaintiff belieyes that, unless prevented by doing so, Defendants may
damage or remove the mobile home from the residence and Cumberland County, and that
Plaintiff's interest in the mobile home will be adyersely affected,
13. Defendant has refused to release the mobile home to Plaintiff despite requests
to do so.
14, Defendant has failed and refused, despite demand by Plaintiff, to pay the

AND NOW; this 5th day of January, 2001, upon
consideration of Plaintiff's Motion pursuant to Pa. R.C,P,
1075.l and hearing thereon, it is hereby ordered and decreed
that Plaintiff's Motion is granted to the extent that the
Prothonotary is directed to issue a Writ of Seizure to the
Sheriff of Cumberland County commanding him to take possession
of a 1992 Skyline 72-foot-by-l4-foot mobile home, Model
"Westridge," Serial Number 2F10-0279E, located at 20 Rays Drive,
Newville, PA 17241, or wherever it may be found, 72 hours after
service of this order and the complaint in this case upon Bobbi
J. Erler, and to hold such mobile home in accordance with Pa. R.C.P.
1077. Prior to the expiration of said 72-hour period, the
Defendant, Bobbi J. Erler, may petition the Court for a hearing
on the continuation of this order.
At such time as Plaintiff determines that the
Writ of Seizure should be executed, it shall post a bond in the
amount of $5,000.00 pursuant to Pa. R.C,P. 1075.3.
