New Cumberland Federal Credit Union is a federally chartered non-profit credit union with its principal place of business being 345 Lewisberry Road, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070. 2. Defendant Amy Hegglin is an adult individual residing at 364 Pegram Street, Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania 17325. Count I: Breach of Contract on Loan 3. On or about October 18, 1999 Defendant executed a Promissory Note and Disclosure Statement as "borrower" in favor of the Plaintiff in the amount of Twenty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Four and 87/100 Dollars ($27,694.87) at 8.25% interest. A true and correct copy of the foregoing document is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 4. Aside from the money received from the sale of the repossessed vehicle, Defendant has made no payments to the Plaintiff since July 6, 2000. 5. Defendant's monthly payment under the Promissory Note was $489.10. 6. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this court to enter judgment in its favor and against Defendant Amy Hegglin in the amount $10,051.64 plus all costs of collection, court costs, reasonable attorneys' fees and 8.250% interest calculated at $4.75 per day from December 13,2000.
