DILLER, INC" Contractor, of 6820 Wertzville Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for the installation of underground utilities, curbing and paving, and erection of associated buildings and structures, upon premises located in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded and described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made part hereof.
