entered into a Custody Stipulation dated December 28, 2000, it is
ORDERED AND DECREED that the custody of the minor children, AMANDA
MICHELLE QUESENBERRY, born May 26, 1985 and DAVID ANDREW
QUESENBERRY, born May 18, 1987, shall be as follows:
1. Father, JOSEPH F. QUESENBERRY, and Grandparents, AUBRY L.
BARBER and DORIS J. BARBER, shall share legal custody of the
children, whereby each party agrees to consult with the other
concerning all major decisions affecting the children, including
but not limited to, health, education and religion.
2, Grandparents shall have primary physical custody of the
children subject to Father's periods of partial custody or
visitation as are in the best interest of the children as agreed by
by the parties.

between JOSEPH F. QUESENBERRY, (hereinafter referred to as Father),
and AUBREY L. BARBER and DORIS J. BARBER, (hereinafter referred to
as Grandparents).
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Father is the biological parent of AMANDA MICHELLE
QUESENBERRY, born May 26, 1985, and DAVID ANDREW QUESENBERRY, born
May 18, 1987, who resides at 403 East Main Street, Shiremanstown,
CUmberland County, Pennsylvania.
WHEREAS, the children's biological mother, JOANNE L.
QUESENBERRY, died on March 11, 1996.
WHEREAS, Aubrey L. Barber and Doris J. Barber are the maternal
Grandparents of the children and reside at 712 Roberts Street,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
WHEREAS, the children have resided with the Grandparents for
the past two years.

WHEREAS, Father and Grandparents, for the best interest of the
children, wish to amicably resolve the custody of Amanda Michelle
Quesenberry and David Andrew Quesenberry.
AND NOW, the parties intending to be legally bound hereby
agree that:
1. Father and Grandparents shall share legal custody of the

children, whereby each party agrees to consult with the other
concerning all major decisions affecting the children, including
but not limited to, health, education and religion.

3, David will be, effective mid-March, residing with Uncle
and Aunt in the state of Washington and Uncle and Aunt will make
every reasonable attempt to permit Amanda to complete her school
year in the Mechanicsburg area before moving to the state of
Washington at the conclusion of the school year.

December 23, 2000, and an Order of Court dated January 3, 2001,
have shared legal custody and primary physical custody of the
children.
WHEREAS, Michael A, Barber and Elana Winsberg (husband and
wife) are the maternal uncle and aunt of the children and reside at
120 N.W. l77th Lane, Shoreline, Washington 98177.
WHEREAS, uncle and aunt have had meaningful contact with the
children throughout their lives.
WHEREAS, grandparents no longer wish to have custody of the
children.
WHEREAS, Father, Grandparents and Uncle and Aunt, for the best
interest of the children, wish to amicably resolve the custody of
Amanda Michelle Quesenberry and David Andrew Quesenberry.
AND NOW, the parties intending to be legally bound hereby
agree that:
