DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 8th day of May, 2006, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters filed
by Elizabeth Hoover for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and
Testament dated December 10th 1993, IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate.
The Last Will and Testament is admitted as originally written. Any alleged modification or adjustments
to the instrument are not accepted into probate. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters
Testamentary be granted to Elizabeth Hoover.
