AND NOW, this 21st day of March, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition To
Reconsider Objections of Sonja L. Brunner and Jeffrey D. Apgar, filed on behalf of Sonja
L. Brunner and Jeffrey D. Apgar, a rule is issued upon Marilyn E. Kautz, Executrix, to
show cause why the order of court dated March 8, 2007, striking the said objections as
untimely should not be reconsidered.
RULE returnable at a hearing scheduled for Monday, April 2, 2007, at 10:45 a.m.,
in Courtroom No.1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
THIS ORDER does not in itself constitute a decision to reconsider (a) the
confirmation of the first and final account filed by the executrix, (b) the objections, or (c)
the order striking the objections as untimely.
