GUISE, Defendant MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1 The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against which this claim is tiled is Tina M. Guise of 18 Meeting House Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit" A" with an address of 18 Meeting House Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is tiled is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. .. ____I 5 The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of $4,700.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from October 19, 2006. DAVIS and SHERRI-ANN DAVIS, husband and wife, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "GRANTORS", AND TINA M. GUISE, Marri~oman, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "GRANTEE": WITNESSETH: That in consideration of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND 001100 (5124,750.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said Grantees, her heirs and assigns; ALL those certain plots or tracts of land with the improvements thereon erected situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: TRACT NO.1: BEGINNING at a point on the western line of the road leading to Meeting House Springs at the southern line of the property now or fonnerly of Dean Ellennan; thence in a southerly direction along the said road, a distance of 50 feet to a point; thence westwardly, a distance of 197 feet to the eastern line of a 20 foot wide alley; thence along the line of the said alley in a northerly direction, a distance of 50 feet to a point; thence in an easterly direction, a distance of 197 feet to a point on the western line of the Meeting House Road, the place of BEGINNING. Ellerman, parallel to the line of Tract No. 1 above, 193 feet, more or less, to the Meeting House Springs Road; thence along the latter in a northerly direction, 5 feet to the place of BEGINNING. BEING improved with a dwelling house and garage known and numbered as No. 18 Meeting House Springs Road. BEING the same premises which Anthony J. Keskis, III and Jane A. Deskis, husband and wife, by their deed dated June 26, 2000 and recorded June 26, 2000 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Deed Book 223, Page 1142, granted and conveyed unto Michael W. Davis and Sherri-Ann Davis, husband and wife, Grantors herein. AND the Grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant specially the property hereby conveyed.
