DARR, Defendant MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1 The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against which this claim is filed is Darlene F. Darr for 26 Meeting House Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit" A" with an address of 26 Meeting House Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. .. 5 The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above described-property in the amount of $4,700.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from October 19, 2006. ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground with the improvements thereon erected situate in the Township of North Middleton, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the south line of West Louther Street, if the said street were extended west of the Meeting House Springs Road, said point being a distance of 187 ~ feet west of the western line of said road; thence south a distance of 60 feet to a point; thence east a distance of 187 ~ feet to a point on the western line of the Meeting House Springs Road; thence north along that road a distance of 60 feet to a point; thence west a distance of 187 Y2 feet to the point of BEGINNING, the said plot of ground having a distance of 60 feet in front on the Meeting House Springs Road and extending in depth at even width westward a distance of 187 Y:z feet in depth.
