North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed are Michael S. Waleski and Jennifer L. Waleski for 106 Meeting
House Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit" A" with an address of 1 06 Meeting House Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $4,700.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from October 19, 2006.

BETWEEN ROBERT BkOOKE LINDENBERGER and DANNA H. LINDENBERGER,
Husband and Wife, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, parties of the first part,
Grantors,
and MICHAEL S. WALESKI and JENNIFER L. WALESKI, Husband and
Wife, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, parties of the second part,
Grantees
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Twenty Thousand ($120,000.00) ------- Dollars, in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do
hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, their heirs and
assigns, as tenants by the entireties.
ALL that certain lot of ground situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, the intersection of the West line of the
Meeting House Springs Road with the North line of property now or
formerly of W. S. Heberlig; thence North along the West line of
said road a distance of 104 feet to a point at the South line of
property now or formerly of Samuel S. Oliver and wife; thence
West along said line 165 feet, more or less, to a point at the
eastern line of the twenty (20) foot wide alley; thence by the
eastern line of that alley South 104 feet to the line of property
now or formerly of W. S. Heberlig; thence by the latter property
in an easterly di~~~tion 178 feet to a point in the western line
of said Meeting House Springs Road, the Place of Beginning.
BEING improved with a dwelling house known as No. 106 Meeting
House Springs Road, Carlisle, PA.
BEING the same premises which Brooke H. Lindenberger and V.
Leotha Lindenberger, husband and wife, by their Deed dated
January 3, 2000 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 214, Page 77,
granted and conveyed unto Robert Brooke Lindenberger and Danna H.
Lindenberger, husband and wife. Also, being the same premises
which Robert B. Lindenberger, Executor of the Estate of Brooke H.

Lindenberger, deceased, by corrective deed dated November 3, 2000
and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Deed Book 233, Page 393, granted and
conveyed unto Robert Brooke Lindenberger and Danna H.
Lindenberger, husband and wife, the Grantors herein.
And the said grantors do hereby covenant and agree that they
will warrant specially the property hereby conveyed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said grantors have hereunto set their
hands and seals the day and year first above written.
