Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed is Michael D. Noble of 831 West Louther Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of831 West Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $4,700.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from October 19, 2006.

and wife, ofthe Borough of Lehightoll, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, parties of the first
part, Grantors, and
MICHAEL D. NOBLE, single man, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, Grantee,
WITNESSETH that in consideration of Ninety-Five Thousand and no/IOO Dollars
($95,000.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said
Grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said Grantee. his heirs and assigns,
ALL THOSE CERTAIN lots of ground with the improvements thereon erected situate
in North Middletown Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot Nos.
8 and 9 ofthe certain Plan of Lots known IIll the Revised Plan of Lots on the Bretz Tract,
which Plan ofLats is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for said
Cumberland County in Plan Book 3, Page 87. being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North side of West Louther Street. Extended, in
line of Lot No.7 of the above mentioned Plan; thence by the same in a northerly direction
240 feet to the South side of a 20 feet alley; thence by the same in an easterly direction 80
feet, more or less, to line of Lot No. 10, the property now or formerly of Vaughn R. Barr;
thence by the same in a southerly direction 240 feet, more or less, to the North side of
West Louther Street; thence by the same in a westerly direction 80 feet, more or less, to
the Place of BE GINN lNG, and improved with a dwelling known IIll No. 831 West
Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
SUBJECT to the Building Restrictions as set forth on the said Plan.
BEING the same property which Stephen H. Naugle, single man, granted and
conveyed to Mark Peter Harer and Mary E. Harer, Grantors herein, by deed dated June 9,
1989 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County
in Deed Book "Z", Volume 33, Page 870.
