NO. 2007 - 1'171 MLD STEPHEN MICHAEL LONG and SUSAN MURPHY LONG, Owners MUNICIPAL LIEN DOCKET MUNICIP AL CLAIM Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against Stephen Michael Long and Susan Murphy Long ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 4131 Nantucket Drive Mechanicsburg, P A 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-16-1058 Parcel No.: 035 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from January 1,2006 through March 1,2007. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $471.36 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning January 1, 2006 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of June 19,2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.
