Succa ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 3 Redwood Court Camp Hill, PA 17011 Tax Property Map: 10-19-1596 Parcel No.: 075 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from January 1,2006 through February 28, 2007. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part I, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy ofthe Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $727.19 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning January I, 2006 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of June 19,2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.
