it is hereby directed that parties and their respective counsel appear before Dawn S, Sunday, Esq. , the conciliator,
at 39 West Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 on Wednesday, Augnst 15, 2001 at 1:00 p,m,
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to defme and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. All children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference may
provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order,
The court hereby directs the parties to furnish any and all existing Protection from Abuse orders,
Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing.

PETITION FOR CIVIL CONTEMPT FOR DISOBEDIENCE
OF CHILD CONTACT/VISITATION ORDER
The Petition of Robert Earl Linde, respectfully represents:
1. That on February 20, 2001, Judge Edgar B. Bayley,
entered an ORDER awarding Petitioner, Robert Earl -Linde, contact/
viSitation privileges with his minor son, Anthony James Linde.
A true and correct copy of the ORDER is attached hereto and
marked as EXHIBIT "A".

2. The def endan t, (mother of child) Robin Lynn Smith
(Oyler), has willfully failed to abide by the Order in that
she continues to short circuit all attempts by the Petiti0ner
to contact his son, Anthony James Linde. The defendant has
intercepted all letters of communication to his son and refuses
to make the child available for telephone contact (collect calls)
at the Petitioner's expense.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner request that the defendant here~n,
be held in contempt of court.

ensuring that the Child receives all correspondence from the Father and
shall also cooperate in ~ncouraging the Child to respond to the Father's
letters. Further, the pg.rties shall cooperate in making arrangements for
telephone contact between the Father and the Child, at the Father's sole
cost, at such time as the Father and Child establish a relationship and the
parties agree that the Child is emotionally ready.
3. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement of the pg.rties at a
Custody Conciliation Conference. The parties may modify the provisions of
this Order by mutual consent. In the absence of mutual consent, the terms
of this Order shall control.

Oyler. The Father, Robert Earl Linde, who is currently incarcerated at a facility in Dallas,
Pennsylvania, participated in the Conference by telephone,
3. This Court previously entered an Order in this matter on February 20, 2001 based on an
agreement reached by the parties at a Conciliation Conference. The Father filed this Petition for
Contempt alleging that the Mother is intercepting written communication from the Father to the Child
in violation of the Order. The Mother denies the Father's allegations and it will be necessary to
schedule a Hearing.
4. The Conciliator recommends an Order in the form as attached scheduling a Hearing on this

OF CHILD CONTACT/VISITATION ORDER
The Petition of Robert Earl Linde, respectfully represents:
1. That on February 20, 2001, Judge Edgar B. Bayley,
entered an ORDER awarding Petitioner, Robert Earl -Linde, contact/
visitation privileges with his minor son, Anthony James Linde.
A true and correct copy' of the ORDER is attached hereto and
marked as EXHIBIT "A".

2. The defendant, (mother of child) Robin Lynn Smith
(Oyler), has willfully failed to abide by the Order in that
she continues to short circuit all attempts by the Petiti€lner
to contact his son, Anthony James Linde. The defendant has
intercepted all letters of communication to his son and refuses
to make the child available for telephone contact (collect calls)
at the Petitioner's expense.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner request that the defendanthere~n,
be held in contempt of court.
