COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff John V. Shoemaker, III is an adult individual residing at I Shoemaker Lane,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055.
2. Defendant Donna M, Y orlets is an adult resident at ] 670 Williams Grove Road,
Apartment 1, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, 17019.
3. On or about May I 1,2000, Mr, Shoemaker loaned $1,200.00 to Ms. Yorlets. The
terms of the oral agreement for repayment of the loan were that Ms. Yorlets would repay the
$1,200.00 to Mr. Shoemaker in four installments of$300.00 each. The payments were to be
made between June and August, 2000.
4. Ms. Yorlets has repaid Mr. Shoemaker only $400,00 of the $1,200.00 loaned.
5. Despite demand, Ms. Y orlets has breached the loan agreement by failing and refusing
to repay the $800,00 due to Mr. Shoemaker.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff John V. Shoemaker, III, respectfully requests your Honorable
Court to enter judgment in his favor and against Defendant Donna M. Y orlets in the amount of
