Solicitor, FOREST N. MYERS, ESQUIRE, hereby files its claim for unpaid water bills
against the real estate hereinafter described and sets for its claim as follows:

STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Shippensburg
Borough Authority, a Pennsylvania Municipality Authority, located in the Counties of
Cumberland and Franklin and organized pursuant to ordinances of the Borough of
Shippensburg.

The name or names of the owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the
property against which this claim is filed is George W. Cubbler and Carole A. Cubbler.

A description of the property known and numbered as 280 Neil Road,
Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal
Claims and Liens Act of May 6, 1923, P.L. 5207, as amended and supplemented, 53
P.S. 551101, et seq.
This lien is claimed against the above-described property as follows:
Unpaid Water Bills
Account: 30007200
Total Amount Due-to-Date: $3,508.65
Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from January 05, 2001.

ALL that certain tract of land situate in Southampton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being designated as Lot 14 on the
Subdivision Plan for George Cubbler prepared by John R. Kissinger
and dated February 24, 1997, and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in snd for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in
Plan Book 42, Page 1201
BEGINNING at a railroad spike in the center of Legislative Route
21050 at line of land now or formerly of George W. Cubbler; thence
North 58 degrees 12 minutes 43 seconds East 135.46 feet to an iron
pin at line at, land of a Conrail right of way; thence with said
Conrail right of way North 89 degrees 43 minutes 40 eeconds West
342.10 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing with the same North
84 degrees' 21 minutes 07 seconds West ,336.32 feet to an iron pin;
thence continuing ''lith the same North 86 degrees 46 minutes 44
aeconds West 109.98 feet to an iron pin at line of land between
Lots 13 and 14 of the above-mentioned Subdivision plan; thence
continuing at line of lands between Lots 13 and 14 South 54

lands now or formerly of Asper; thence with said Asper land South
67 degrees 1 minute 29 seconds East 400.30 feet to an iroq ,pin at

feet to a railroad spike in the center of Legislative Route 21050,
the first mentioned point and place of BEGINNING.

21050 at line of land now or formerly of Lester C. Craig; thence
with the said Craig land South sixty-six (66) degrees twenty (20)
minutes twenty (20) seconds West seven hundred fifteen and
twenty-nine hundredths (715.29) feet to an iron pin; th~~ce >
