MYERS, ESQUIRE, hereby files its claim for unpaid water bills against the real estate hereinafter described and sets for its claim as follows: i' , I ~: o i' STATEMENT OF CLAIM -1- The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Shippensburg Borough Authority, a Pennsylvania Municipality Authority, located in the Counties of Cumberland and Franklin and organized pursuant to ordinances of the Borough of Shippensburg. -2- The name or names of the owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against which this claim is filed is George W. Cubbler and Carole A. Cubbler. -3- A description of the property known and numbered as 280 Neil Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". .' . The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 6, 1923, P.L. 5207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 551101, et seq. This lien is claimed against the above-described property as follows: Unpaid Water Bills Account: 30007200 Total Amount Due-to-Date: $3,508.65 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from January 05, 2001.
