Cubbler and Carole A. Cubbler. -3- A description of the property known and numbered as 280 Neil Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". .' . The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 6, 1923, P.L. 5207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 551101, et seq. This lien is claimed against the above-described property as follows: Unpaid Water Bills Account: 30007200 Total Amount Due-to-Date: $3,508.65 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from January 05, 2001.
