ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in the Borough ofMt. Holly
Springs, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a steel pin set on the northwesternmcst dedicated right-of.
way line of the Liberty Drive cul-de-sac, said pin marking the common point of
adjoiner of Lots #62 and #63 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of subdivision; thence
extending in and along the westernmost dedicated right-of-way line of the Liberty
Drive cul-de.sac by an arc or curve to the left having a radius of fifty and no
hundredths (50.00) feet, a chord of sixty-six and sixty-seven hundredths (66,67) feet
on a bearing South seventy-four (74) degrees twenty-seven (:27) minutes seven (7)
seconds East, for an arc distance of twenty-nine and sixty-five hundredths (29.65) feet
to a steel pin on said dedicated right-of-way line at Lot #64 on the hereinafter
mentioned plan of subdivision; thence departing from the westernmost dedicated
right-of-way line of the Liberty Drive cul-de-sac, and e:aending along Lot #54, South
eighty-one (81) degrees thirty-four (34) minutes fourteen (14) seconds West, for a
distance of one hundred forty-five and eighty-one hundredths (145.81) feet to a steel
pin at Lot #34; thence extending along Lots #34, #35, and #36, North nineteen (19)
degrees thirty-two (32) minutes twenty-nine (29) seconds West, for a distance of one
hundred fifty-five and no hundredths (155.00) feet to a steel pin at Lot #62 on the
hereinafter mentioned plan of subdivision; thence extending along Lot #62, South
sixty-four (64) degrees twenty-seven (27) minutes seven (7) seconds East, for a
distance of two hundred twenty-two and fifteen hundredths (222.15) feet to a steel
pin set on the northwesternmost dedicated right-of-way line of the Liberty Drive cui-
de-sac, said pin marking the place of BEGINNING.
