On the dates, in the amounts and for the prices set forth in Plaintiffs' Invoice No. 49369-A, dated March 31, 1999, attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein by reference, Plaintiffs performed services and sold materials to Defendant in exchange for Defendant's agreement to pay as set forth on Exhibit "c" in the amount of $2,945.00. 6. The pnces charged for said materials and services rendered were just and reasonable. 7. From January 4, 1999, to January 6, 2000, Defendant paid Plaintiffs the sum of $8,600.00, which Plaintiffs credited towards Defendant's account, as set forth on Exhibit "D". 8. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiffs is the sum of$2,185.00. 9. Plaintiffs have frequently demanded payment from the Defendant of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, but Defendant has refused and neglected and continues to refuse and neglect to pay said amount that is due and owing. 10. This action is on appeal from a District Justice judgment, which was in favor of Plaintiff, in the amount $2,252.00 ($2,185.00 + 67.00 judgment costs). II. As such, Plaintiffs believe and aver that Defendant should reimburse Plaintiffs for the costs incurred to date, and that the total of Plaintiffs' costs should become part of the principal of the judgment that should be lodged against the Defendant. WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs request judgment against Defendant, James O'Brien in the amount of $2,185.00, plus the costs incurred in the amount of $67.00 for a total judgment in the amount of $2,252.00, plus attorney's fees, and any other associated costs and interest to the date of payment.
