dividing line, South 01 degree 26 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of97.1O feet to a point at
the dividing line of Lot No. 38 and lands herein descn'bed. Thence by said dividing line, South 88
degrees 33 minutes 06 seconds West. a distance of 100.00 feet to a point on the legal right-of-way
