STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, James DeCinti and Kimberly J. DeCinti, his wife, the OWNER of the real estate
described below, has or is about to execute a contract with Haubert Homes, Inc. , whose principal
business address is Central Boulevard, Camp Hill , Pennsylvania, to construct a single
family dwelling upon lands situate at Lot 135, Logans Run, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and
more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, this k day of -F-4-t ,2001, before any authority had been given
by Haubert Homes, Inc. to commence wor on said facilities, or purchase materials for same,
in consideration of making of the above-described Contract with James DeCinti and Kimberly J. DeCinti,
husband and wife, Owner, and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to the general contractor
by James DeCinti and Kimberly J. DeCinti, his wife, Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it
is agreed that no liens or claims shall be filed or maintained against the Owner's facilities and the land
above-described, or upon James DeCinti and Kimberly J. DeCinti, his wife, the Owner, by the general
contractor, or any of its subcontractors, or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other person
acting through or under them, for or on account of any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvement of said
facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens or claims against
the facilities, the land above-described, and James DeCinti and Kimberly J. DeCinti, his wife, the Owner,
being hereby expressly waived by the general contractor for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen, or
workmen and other acting through or under them.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern dedicated right of way line of Logans
Run at the dividing line of Lot No. 136 and 135; thence by the northern right of way line
of Logans Run South 65 degrees 14 minutes 49 seconds West, 100.00 feet to a point at
the dividing line of Lot No. 134 and 135; thence by line of Lot No. 134 North 24 degrees
45 rninutes 11 seconds East, 117.00 feet to a point on line of lands now or formerly of
Susan Magaro; thence by lands now or formerly of Susan Magaro; thence by lands now
or formerly of Susan Magaro North 65 degrees 14 minutes 49 seconds East, 100.00 feet
to a point at the dividing line of Lot No. 136 and 135; thence by line of Lot No. 136
South 24 degrees 45minutes 11 seconds East, 117.00 feet to a point on the northern right
of way line of Logans Run, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 11,700 square feet.
BEING Lot No. 135 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Logans Run, Phase III.
Recorded in Plan Book 74, Page 92.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES Which Logans Run Associates, a Pennsylvania
General Partnership comprised of Logan's Run Corporation, a Pennsylvania Business
Corporation, and Haubert Homes, Inc., a Periilsylvania Corporation, by deed dated March
28, 2000 and recorded April 4, 2000 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Book 218, page 854, granted and conveyed unto
James DeCinti and Kimberly J. DeCinti, husband and wife,
UNDER AND SUBJECT to electric service that will be supplied only from the
underground distribution system in accordance with the current PP&L Company Tariff
Ru1e 4-C(3).
ALSO UNDER AND SUBJECT, nevertheless, to easements, restrictions,
reservations, conditions and rights of way of record or visible upon inspection of the
premises.
