Petitioner, Janet Marian College (SSN: 262-84-1264), is an adult female residing at I Ovis Drive, Mechanicsburg, Peunsylvania, 17055. 2, Petitioner was born Janet Marian Plummer on December 3, 1944, in the Canal Zone in the Country of Panama while her father was in the United States military. (See Exhibit A). 3. All of her life, Petitioner has used the name Jeannette believing same to be her given name. (See Exhibits B and C). 4. On or about June, 2000, Petitioner was preparing to go on a cruise with her husband and required a copy of her birth certificate which she was able to obtain through the State Department. 5. Upon receipt of said Birth Certificate, Petitioner leamed for the first time that her given name was Janet and not Jeannette. 6.
